About Our Refurbished Phones
A refurbished phone is a pre-owned device that has been professionally inspected, tested, repaired where necessary, and restored to full working condition. Unlike "used" phones sold as-is, our refurbished phones go through a 30+ point testing process and come with a 12-month warranty.

We use three condition grades to describe the cosmetic state of each device:

Grade A (Excellent): Minimal signs of use. May have very faint marks only visible under close inspection. Looks and feels almost new.

Grade B (Very Good): Light scratches or minor marks on the body or screen. Does not affect functionality or day-to-day use.

Grade C (Good): Visible cosmetic wear including scratches, scuffs, or dents. Fully functional — just shows its history.

All grades receive the same 12-month warranty and have been fully tested.

All our refurbished phones ship with a minimum of 80% battery health. Most devices are in the 82–92% range. Battery health is listed on the product page where available.
Yes. Every phone we sell is 100% unlocked and SIM free. It will work on any UK network — EE, Vodafone, Three, O2, giffgaff, Tesco Mobile, and all others.
Every order includes the refurbished phone handset, a USB charging cable, a SIM ejector tool, and your 12-month warranty card. Original boxes are not included unless you purchase our optional gift box add-on.
Ordering & Delivery
We dispatch all orders placed before 4pm on the same day via Royal Mail Tracked. Most UK orders arrive the next working day. Orders over £99 qualify for free next-day delivery.
Yes, we deliver across the entire UK. Remote areas may take an additional 1–2 working days.
Yes. We accept Klarna Pay in 3, allowing you to split your purchase into 3 interest-free payments. Klarna is available at checkout for eligible orders.
Returns & Warranty
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind returns policy. If you're not happy with your purchase, return it within 30 days for a full refund. The device must be in the same condition as received.
Our warranty covers any hardware defects or faults that develop during normal use — including screen, battery, buttons, speakers, microphone, charging port, and camera. Accidental damage, water damage, and software issues are not covered. Read our full warranty policy.
Email us at sales@phoneenterprise.co.uk with your order number and a description of the fault. We'll provide a prepaid return label and either repair or replace your device within 3–5 working days.
Trade-In
Yes! Visit our Sell Your Phone page to get an instant quote. We accept most iPhone and Samsung Galaxy models. We provide a prepaid Royal Mail label, and you'll receive payment within 1–3 working days of us receiving your device.
