Shipping
We ship all orders via Royal Mail using tracked services and, for certain higher-value orders, we may require a signature on delivery.
Orders placed with cleared payment before 16:00 (Monday to Friday), excluding UK public holidays, are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time or on non-working days are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only and are based on Royal Mail service guidelines. These timeframes are not guaranteed.
All orders are securely packaged to minimise the risk of damage during transit.
If an item arrives visibly damaged, please do not open the package and refuse delivery where possible. You must contact us as soon as reasonably possible so we can arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
Delivery Confirmation
Where Royal Mail tracking confirms that an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout, the order will be deemed successfully delivered. Proof of delivery may include tracking confirmation, delivery scan data, GPS location data, and/or a delivery photograph provided by Royal Mail.
If a customer believes a delivered order has been lost or taken after delivery, they must contact us as soon as reasonably possible so we can assist with investigating the matter with the carrier. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
While we dispatch orders within the stated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including Royal Mail operational delays, weather conditions, or peak delivery periods.
If an item is delayed or lost in transit, your rights are protected. An item will be considered lost only after the following period has elapsed from the expected delivery date:
- UK: 10 working days
Once an item is confirmed as lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Payment
All payments are processed securely through approved payment providers.
We use industry-standard encryption to protect your payment details. We do not store or have access to your full payment card information.

This Shipping Policy should be read together with our Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Policy.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits or excludes your statutory rights. If goods are lost, damaged, faulty, or not as described, you are entitled to the remedies available under UK consumer law, including a refund, repair, or replacement where applicable.
Refunds for lost, damaged, or faulty goods will be processed without undue delay and, in any event, within the legally required timeframes once entitlement is confirmed.
