Payment Policy:
We use SagePay as the gateway to take payments. SagePay is well known company in the UK who ensure every transaction is carried out securely and encrypted with latest technology for card payments.
Return Policy:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of Purchase.
When Return Reason is "Purchased by Mistake" or "Changed Mind":
- The Buyer is responsible for the returning shipping cost.
- New items must be returned in their original sealed unopened packaging.
- For items with manufacturer seal, the items should be returned with unbroken seal and intact.
When Return Reason is "Defective" or "The Item is not as described":
- Return Shipping is Free, you must return the item in the same condition as received.
- You must also include all packaging as been received.
- When returning an item, please make sure to provide us with a tracking number as soon as it is available
- Refund or Exchange as agreed will be processed within 2 Business Days.
- In case of a refund, you will be receiving a cancellation request that you are required to approve.
Shipping Policy:
We ship all our products via Royalmail. Your item usually ships the same day if Payment is received/cleared before 16:00PM GMT Time. If Payment is received after 16:00PM GMT Time, the item will be shipped the next day. Our Warehouse is closed on the Weekends, so for any auctions won and paid for on the weekend, the order will be processed and shipped as first thing Monday morning.
