How to Send Your Device
Once you've completed your repair booking and payment, follow these steps to send your phone to us safely and for free.
Step 1 — Get Your Prepaid Label
We'll email you a prepaid Royal Mail tracked label within 1 hour of your order. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
You can also generate your label directly via Royal Mail Click & Drop using the link in your order confirmation email.
Step 2 — Pack Your Device Securely
- Use a padded envelope or small box
- Wrap the phone in bubble wrap or foam
- Remove any SIM card and memory card before sending
- Include your order number inside the package
- Do not send your case, charger, or accessories unless instructed
Step 3 — Drop Off at a Post Office
Print the prepaid label and attach it securely to your parcel. Drop it off at any Royal Mail Post Office or collection point. Keep your proof of postage receipt.

Step 4 — Track Your Repair
You'll receive a tracking number by email once we receive your device. We'll notify you when the repair is complete and when your phone is on its way back.
Repair Turnaround
Most repairs are completed within 3–5 working days of receiving your device. Complex repairs may take longer — we'll keep you updated.
